Original picture
The first step is to send me a high quality picture of the subject in the pose you want. You can send the photo to me either by e-mail or by regular mail if you prefer. Select a photo that is clear and has all face features clearly visible. Remember, the better the photo I’m drawing from, the better the final product. If you prefer to send me a digital file, please make sure that it is scanned at least 300 dpi, or taken with a good resolution digital camera.

will start the portrait and email you a scan of the proof within 48 hours of receiving your photo and description. Once you receive the proof you will be asked to review it and make any suggestions of what you would like changed, or give your approval. If changes are requested, I will give you another e-mail of the revised proof within another 24 hours.
Once I receive your approval I will have the finished portrait mailed out the next day, after receiving full payment.
